Sudarshan Kriya™: Strengthen and grow in your daily practice of Sudarshan Kriya™ through daily group practice sessions.
Vedic Wisdom: Break through limiting mental patterns and develop a fresh perspective on life through daily discourses by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
Mudras: Build upon the breathing exercises you already know with Pranayamas and learn a series of Mudras -- a subtle technique that uses hand formations to channel your energies.
Learn: Come away with instructions and advanced meditation techniques to develop your practice at home.
