The Domain of Château Frandeux is situated on the outskirts of the Belgian Ardennes, in the region "Les Famennes" and belongs to the province of Namur in Wallonia.
The area is alo called "the Valley Country", a land with castles and a rich and varied heritage.
The village of Frandeux is formed by some 40 houses and is situated in the valley of the Vachau, about 6 km from Rochefort.
It's located directly on the lake and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The Château has four levels: on the ground floor is the entrance and a spacious sitting-room with a monumental fireplace.
It possesses all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The area offers a rich variety of possibilities for recreation: hiking, biking, kayaking and visiting historical places. The “gîte” is a great base for various excursions throughout the year.
In what were formerly the stables of the Château, since 2007 additional guest rooms are realized and several multi-functional rooms.
Because the Écurie don’t have its own kitchen, it serves as additional accommodation coupled with the Château and/or Boulangerie.
