Excluding:
Energy: The meter readings shall be recorded on arrival and departure. The use of sauna, solarium and infrared cabin is included in this price. Energy prices depend on market prices. The unit rates are: electricity € 0.20, gas € 0.60 and oil € 0.75 (price adjustment by 15 February 2016).
VAT: 90% of the total rent amount falls under low rate: 6%. The activity rooms are covered by the 0% rate. The remaining costs will be charged according the high rate: 21%.

Visitors: For those who want to visit the accommodation or who reside outside the property, but use the facilities of the Domain during the rental period, a daily rate of € 7.50 will be charged..
