Please note: the Écurie can only be rented in combination with the Chateau and/or the Boulangerie and if the Chateau is rented when all (extra) rooms are included. The rooms at the Écurie are rented with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Energy Costs
As with all our buildings, energy costs are charged separately based on actual consumption. Meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure, and the difference is charged after the stay. More information can be found in our rental terms and conditions.
For the Écurie, energy costs are relatively higher than for our other buildings. This is due to the large heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning system installed in the building. This system has a base level of energy consumption, even when the heating or air conditioning is not actively in use.
Therefore, please allow for an average base energy cost of approximately €25 to €45 per day, depending on the season and outdoor temperatures. Additional costs may apply in the case of intensive use of the heating or air-conditioning system.
Inclusive
Linen is included in the price. Upon arrival, beds are made and a towel set is provided.
Cleaning costs are included in the price unless the customer does not comply with the departure rules. If we need to do cleaning work that is actually the customer's responsibility, we will charge €35.00 per man-hour.
Excluding:
Energy consumption: meter readings are taken at start and departure. Energy rates depend on market prices. The rates per unit are: electricity €0.45, gas €0.85 and heating oil €0.90
VAT: 90% of the total rental amount falls under low rate: 6%. The activity rooms fall under the 0% rate. Other costs are charged according to high rate: 21%.
Visitors: a daily rate of € 10 is charged for persons staying outside the accommodation but using the Domain's facilities during the rental period.
